SF are currently working with a client based in Newark who are looking for a part-time Finance Assistant to join an exciting business and have lots of opportunity. This is a job share role, to work 3 days per week with flexible working hours.
Duties of the Finance Assistant:
Raising Invoices
Inputting invoices onto the system
Dealing with invoice queries
Monthly review & preparation of the expense recharge sales invoices
Issue of the sales invoices to clients
Liaising with clients for payment
Issue of statements of account and debt letters in accordance with company policy
Reconciling receipts
Accurate internal reporting & recording of receipts
Separating out charges & exchange gains or losses
General accounts support
The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, with good knowledge of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, and Excel. You will have previous experience working within a finance environment and be self-motivated with a structured approach to work and time-management.
