A luxury British car manufacturer known for producing high-performance sports cars is currently hiring a VLM – Software and Electronics Technologies. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of vehicle projects for all the SW & ET contents, on time, on quality and on budget.


The VLM – Software and Electronics Technologies will:

  • Reach targets on direct costs, investments, and supplier development costs, supported by the PL of Finance.
  • Lead the external engineering Team fostering analysis and facilitating decision-making.
  • Track and manage overall components timing (SW & ET specific ones)
  • Be responsible for vehicle-level/cross-functional engineering decisions.


The VLM – Software and Electronics Technologies will have:

  • Degree in an Engineering (Electronics, Software, Telecommunication)
  • IMechE, IET or similarly recognized international institution memberships.
  • High Experience in Project management in Automotive projects.
  • Vehicle projects experience for small volume OEMs.
  • Experience in managing indirect teams towards delivery (e.g., 10 or more reports)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in international organizations.
