We are growing our team and developing our sales channels. It is time to boost our brands, so we seek an experienced TikTok Shop manager .


If you have:

  • In-depth understanding of TikTok Shop features, TikTok Ads Manager, and video shopping ad formats (Spark Ads, Video Shopping Ads, Live Shopping Ads).
  • Proven experience working with TikTok affiliate programs, creators, and managing affiliate relationships through platforms like Creator Connect.
  • Strong experience in collaborating with affiliate creators to generate high-performing content.
  • Experience in A/B testing different ad creatives, product links, and ad strategies to optimize performance.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English


Your work scope is to:

  • Upload all available products to TikTok Shop, ensuring a wide range of products is visible to potential shoppers.
  • Participate in TikTok Shop’s affiliate program, developing and maintaining relationships with creators to boost affiliate-driven GMV.
  • Launch and manage Video Shopping Ads (VSA) using a combination of existing and new content. Prioritize high-performing organic videos for ad use.
