Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Connection: Identify and connect with candidates through diverse channels to support them in their job search.
Interviews and Assessment: Conduct interviews with candidates to gain a comprehensive understanding of their experience, skills, and career aspirations.
Matching and Promotion: Match candidates with temporary job opportunities and promote candidates to clients to cultivate new opportunities.
Market Knowledge: Build up your market knowledge within your sector and utilise it to cultivate new business relationships.
Client Engagement: Contact clients, schedule meetings to understand their business requirements, and effectively present the advantages of collaborating with Adecco.
