As part of our Food and Beverage Team, you will… 
- Lead & coach the team on shift to ensure all areas of responsibility aremet by the Team.
- Escalate issues to the Bar Team Manager when required & deputising intheir absence
- Induct & support new starters through 90-day induction, and completion ofcore departmental training. 
- Deliver a hands-on approach to bar duties and greeting our customer\'s. 
- Work with the Team to create a safe an secure working environment.

Pay Rates:  18to 20 from £9.97, 21+ from £11.44 per hour, with an additional £1 per hour whenleading a shift
Experience andQualifications
