Job Title: Cyber Security Manager

Location: London, on site 3x per week

With a focus on strategic cloud migration to Microsoft Azure and strong emphasis on regulatory compliance, this role offers a unique opportunity to drive the development and implementation of a comprehensive cyber security strategy.

Cyber Security Manager Responsibilities

Develop and implement cyber security policies, standards, and guidelines aligned with evolving threats.

Lead the creation and execution of the organisation's cyber security strategy to meet business and IT objectives.

Establish a robust cyber risk management framework, identifying and mitigating security risks.

Work closely with compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO27001).

Oversee day-to-day security operations, including incident response, vulnerability management, and SOC collaboration.

Provide hands-on leadership to a team of security analysts and third-party resources.

Conduct security awareness training across the organisation and chair monthly security meetings with stakeholders.

Cyber Security Manager Requirements

Professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM are required.

Demonstrated experience leading cyber security in a regulated environment, ideally in financial services.

Expertise in security frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS Controls, ISO27001) and current cyber threats.

Specialist experience with Azure cloud security and familiarity with multi-cloud environments.

Strong proficiency in Sentinel and Microsoft Defender.

Strong leadership skills and experience managing third-party vendors for security services.
