Company Overview:

Our client is a growing and dynamic leisure operator with a strong presence across the United Kingdom. To ensure their continued growth and to maintain their position as a market leader in their sector they are now looking for a driven, focused and people orientated Regional Manager.


Role Overview:

As a Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success and growth of their business. You will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance of a large region General Managers. The sites themselves are multi-faceted, can be up to 20,000 sq.ft. in size and can turn-over up to £100k per week.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Region and Site Performance
  • Team Leadership and Development
  • Operational Excellence
  • Financial (P&L) Management
  • Communication - up, down and amongst your team


Type of person needed:

  • Proven experience in a multi-site leadership role
  • This is a high-paced, customer focused and people driven environment, you will be relentless in your pursuit of customer experience excellence through colleague engagement
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Financial acumen with experience in running £multi-million P&Ls
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to travel extensively within the region as required
  • Drive, tenacity, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic
