Location: Warwick/ Hybrid - 1 to 2 days per week on-site
Duration: 12 Months (Scope for up to 4 years)
Daily Rate: Circa* £850 via Umbrella (or PAYE option available with bonus and additional benefits)

Objective
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the third-party design and construction of a new head office and tier 4 critical control room, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Design Coordination
Lead the planning process, establishing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Set up a full client-facing design team capable of translating client requirements into actionable plans while ensuring seamless communication and integration with the broader project objectives.
Coordinate with third-party architects and designers to ensure that plans meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for building tier 4 critical control rooms.
Construction Oversight
Supervise the construction process to ensure adherence to designs and specifications.
Manage any necessary bidding processes for sub-contractors and suppliers and oversee their work.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety standards.

Skills and Qualifications Required
Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Proven track record in managing design and construction of high-value office buildings, with experience in critical control room environments being highly desirable.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
Robust understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
PMP,PRINCE2,orequivalent project management certification preferred.
Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera or equivalent.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
Reporting Structure
The Project Manager will report directly to the Head of Property or equivalent senior position within the organisation.
