Summary An exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Project Manager from the MSP/IT services sector to join one of Europe’s top 50 Managed Service Providers. You’ll oversee the delivery of multiple IT infrastructure, cloud, and architectural projects - ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple IT projects, ensuring governance and quality standards are met. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation. Coordinate engineering resources and third-party suppliers to ensure successful delivery. Monitor project scope, risks, and budgets; implement mitigation and contingency strategies. Communicate project status and expectations effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure seamless project handover to the Service Desk, including documentation and client information. Review and validate project proposals for technical accuracy, cost, and effort. Maintain decision logs, risk registers, and lessons learned documentation. Support continuous improvement of the Project Framework. Requirements Proven experience managing technical projects within an MSP or IT services environment. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, and related technologies. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills. Strong technical and analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to balance technical and business requirements to create realistic project plans. Demonstrated leadership and task management abilities. Desirable: Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent). Strong presentation and client engagement skills.
