This organisation has seen significant growth in recent years and have attracted a best in class finance team under an established CFO.This is a newly created role that will suit a commercially minded, driven, ACCA/ACA nearly or newly qualified candidate who is looking to make a progressive first step into industry. You will be mentored and developed on a day to day basis from an high-calibre ACA qualified Finance Manager.Responsibilities include: Preparation of statutory accounts and monthly board packsPreparation of monthly and quarterly covenant reportingMonth End Reporting to the Senior Management Team and the BoardAudit and tax queriesHelping with the budgeting and forecasting processPreparation of M&A budgets, completion accounts, earnout calculationsPost-acquisition progress reportingSupport the delivery of other ad-hoc projects as requiredOur client is looking for an ambitious individual, with strong excel and data management skills, with the ability to multitask whilst operating a number of simultaneous projects.The client offers a competitive benefits package, excellent succession plan and hybrid working schedule with 2 office days per week.Our local Lancashire Axon Moore team recruit all accounting and finance roles from CFO to transactional finance on both a temporary and permanent basis.
