About the role:
As a part-time teacher you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our youngest students. With a focus on the Early Years Foundation Stage, you’ll create engaging learning experiences that foster their development in a supportive environment. Application Requirements:
• Prior experience working with children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is essential, demonstrating an understanding of early childhood development and effective teaching strategies.
• Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum framework and its principles is required to design and deliver age-appropriate learning activities that meet educational standards.
• The ability to adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of individual learners, as well as respond to changing circumstances in a dynamic educational setting, is crucial for success in this role.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people is paramount, including adherence to safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the well-being and safety of all students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the EYFS curriculum, tailored to children’s needs.
• Regularly assess children’s progress to track development and identify areas for support.
• Establish a safe and inclusive classroom where children feel valued and encouraged to learn through play.
