Teacher of English required in Surrey (Richmond border) from October half term.
Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a hardworking, dynamic, ambitious English Teacher (KS3-KS4) to join an Outstanding, oversubscribed, mixed Surrey school for after half term.
This is a full time, long-term role (2 terms minimum) replacing a permanent member of staff.
The pay rate will be based on the London Fringe Pay Scale and will reflect your experience and suitability for the role.

We are looking for:
This OFSTED 'outstanding' secondary school are looking for an English specialist who can teach Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.
A committed practitioner, who has excellent subject knowledge and who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning.
A collaborative and driven individual who will support and lead on the delivery of the subject through inventive approaches.
The role:
Teaching English to 11 - 16 year olds over a varied timetable and across different ability levels.Location:
The school is easily accessible by Rail, Bus or Car and parking is available on site.

A light timetable and a 2:30 finish every day
A well-equipped English department with access to excellent lesson plans and good resources.

To join us and be successful in this English Teacher role you will need to:
Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification.
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained.
You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
