My client is a Group of companies operating within the Financial Services space, with a Financial Advisory firm, providing expert Financial Advice to individuals across the UK in respect of Financial Planning, Retirement Planning and Pensions / Investments. And a lead generation company providing leads to the Financial Advisory business and other external Financial Services firms through means of qualification calling and consultation.

We are urgently seeking Qualifications Consultants to work in the Lead Generation side of the business, as a Qualifications Consultant you will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls, having quality conversations with consumers and leading to them being placed directly with our financial services clients.

Your daily responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to consumers
• Receiving inbound calls
• Providing solutions in line with consumer objectives
• Maintain their workflow effectively
• Updating the CRM accurately and consistently
• Adhering to ofcom standards and TCF
• Provide fair and reasonable outcomes for all consumers and clients
• Ensure all information referred externally is accurate and professionally annotated
• Achieve all KPI benchmarks

We are seeking candidates that can show and demonstrate strong Sales experience within a targeted B2C environment with the ability to demonstrate the ability to achieve targets, to use initiative to overcome objections, with excellent Customer Services skills coupled with a great telephone manner. Ideally, you’ll be educated to GCSE level as a minimum. The role is a mix of shifts 9am – 5:30pmn or 10am – 6pm, with early 4pm finish on Friday afternoons.
