The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a HVAC Technician to work in Blackpool.
This role starts on a temp contract but is with a view to be taken permanently by the client
Salary starts at £36.5k per year- additional on-call/out of hours payments available
Hours typically are 8am-4pm/9am-5pm however some out of hours testing may be needed up until midnight.
Key Skills & Duties:
Perform weekly/monthly & annual tests for all smoke and fire dampers
Be able to repair and maintain damper systems
Have a mechanical/electrical background,
Ability to work on your own and at height
Have knowledge of ventilation systems & fire damper checking
Experience maintaining and repairing HVAC systems
