BIM Modeller
Location: Huntingdon
Salary: £35,000 to £45,000
An opportunity has opened for a BIM Modeller to join a Building Services and Construction company based in Huntingdon. The ideal candidate will have a few years’ experience of BIM modelling ideally and have excellent Revit skills.
The company are going through growth and are looking for candidates with BIM and Revit experience that may be interested in learning more on the full design and development cycle.
What they’re looking for:
* Excellent background using Revit
* Experience of BIM modelling of existing models as well as new
* Mechanical and Electrical systems knowledge
* Background within Construction or Building Services ideally
* CAD drawing experience (AutoCAD if possible)
BIM Modeller Responsibilities:
* Working with the rest of the design team creating and editing BIM models
* Using Revit for design and modelling
* CAD design using Revit and AutoCAD
* Working with Project Managers on design and development
* Working on electrical and mechanical systems
* Reviewing existing BIM models and making any changes required
