Our business is split into two key areas: Skyports Drone Services uses drones to streamline logistics, capture data, and enhance operational efficiency, with a focus on rural deliveries, surveying, surveillance, and maritime services. Skyports Infrastructure plays a vital role in the Urban Air Mobility ecosystem, designing, building, owning, and operating vertiports that enable eVTOL operators to take off and land in cities around the world. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the execution of several Skyports projects. This includes, but would not be limited to: Tracking work packages and coordinating various internal and external stakeholders Tracking project budgets Building and maintaining collaborative project plans Supporting with a range of project tasks, from financial and reporting admin, to deploying with operational teams Executing on projects, including report writing, developing lessons learned to constantly improve, and analysing overall performance against KPIs There will also be scope to support general business efforts, including, Preparation of grant-funding and tender applications and business development materials Supporting operations and deployments Improving our financial tracking and reporting processes Monitoring industry developments and identifying new opportunities Requirements You are a university graduate with an outstanding academic track record, experience shaping/managing projects and demonstrable commercial acumen You have experience working in a technical business environment OR You have between 1-4 years of experience in project management, business development, strategy or consulting roles, preferably in a technical setting Experience working in emerging and ambiguous project management environments Experience working on complex, rapidly developing projects with multiple stakeholders About You: Self-starter with strategic mindset Commercially driven and goal-oriented Adaptable to fast-changing, ambiguous environments Eager to learn, improve, and challenge the status quo Able to manage competing deadlines effectively What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
