Requirements
• Reporting directly to a General Manager.
• 2yrs+ Experience within a precast manufacturing facility essential.
• Ability to read manufacture drawings and understand cast-in elements and measurements.
• Health and Safety driven individual with the ability to lead a safe and efficient process.

Responsibilities
• Driving a team of 30 operatives, 2 supervisor and office support staff.
• Responsible for all Factory employees and putting them to work daily.
• Meeting production targets and liaising with Senior Management regarding planning.
• Working and driving labour targets and ensuring supervisors are set to work.
• Tracking plant and material usage within the factory.
• Ensuring safe systems of work are put in place and managed daily for all production processes.
