With a well-established marketing framework in place, you'll spearhead the entire sales journey, collaborating closely with the wider team to attract the right members to their community.
The Role
Initiating conversations with individuals who have interacted with content or attended events.
Hosting regular online and in-person prospect gatherings
Expanding your network through platforms like LinkedIn and other social channels
Handling incoming sales inquiries with finesse
Conducting initial discussions with potential members to identify their needs.
Guiding potential members through the sign-up process if they choose to join.
Orchestrating your own pipeline of prospects and inquiries, formulating individual plans to optimise success rates.
Skilfully negotiating fees with potential members, adeptly addressing any objections
Facilitating the seamless on-boarding of new members and acquainting them with both fellow members and the team
Ensuring a smooth on-boarding experience for new members and fostering referrals through regular check-ins
Collaborating with the team to assist with internal sales inquiries such as referrals and existing member upgrades.What is in it for you.

About you: We're seeking an individual with:
Prior experience in sales roles
A positive, resilient attitude, with a passion for teamwork
Confidence in hosting events and networking activities
Willingness to engage extensively over the phone, handling both inbound and outbound calls.
Exceptional customer service skills, capable of swiftly building trust and rapport.
Strong organisational abilities, including adept prioritisation within a diverse workload.
A drive and enthusiasm for meeting and exceeding targetsThis remote position offers full-time hours with flexible scheduling around the core hours of 10am - 4pm, providing autonomy over your daily start and end times. The opportunity to work from anywhere in the UK. This is a unique opportunity that will offer you flexibility to maximise your potential.
