Head of Payroll - About The Role
As the Head of Payroll, you will be working closely with the Integration Director, developing and implementing new systems and procedures to ensure not only profitability but also best in class service for your clients.
Responsibilities will include:
* Propose and implement procedural changes to optimise workflow efficiency and maintain high-quality standards
* Efficiently manage multi-cycle payrolls, ensuring precision and compliance with regulatory reporting deadlines
* Lead continuous process improvement and automation initiatives to streamline operations
* Train and mentor the team
* Safeguard confidentiality of payroll information and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
The successful Head of Payroll will have/be:
* Fully CIPP qualified with 5+ years working as a manager/senior manager in a multi-client environment
* Extensive experience working with UK clients is essential. Experience working with international clients is desirable but not essential
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills
