Group Marketing Manager

Due to significant growth and growing needs of my client, a brand new hybrid role of Group Marketing Manager has been created at their Hertfordshire headquarters.
This newly created role will put you in a high profile position reporting directly to the Founder and Group CEO, who you will work closely with as the Group undertake the next phase of their growth plans.
The combined vision of the Group is to scale a sustainable and dynamic group of businesses through continuous investment and development in its people, so this role will someone with a similar ambition in their career.
The Group Marketing Manager will join a forward-thinking and well renowned independent Fire and Security Company operating across the Home Counties and Midlands. They specialise in driving digital transformation and integration across the life safety, security and communications industry.
The Group Marketing Manager role includes the delivery of all marketing activities within the group companies in line with the objective of increasing targeted lead generation and strategy positioning the group as industry leaders.
We’re looking for an ambitious and driven marketing professional with a proven track record within marketing manager role and with high levels of motivation and organisation.
The position requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, analytical skills, and
leadership abilities.
What will you be doing
* Set the strategic direction for the Marketing Department and build systems that encourage growth and improvements
* You’ll also be responsible for strategic planning, campaign development, market research, budget management, stakeholder communications and management and performance analysis
