Covering: The Midlands (Buckinghamshire, Cotswolds, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Birmingham, Nottingham and surrounding).
Key responsibilities:
* Managing existing customer relationships.
* Prospecting, building and developing new business.
* Selling Kitchens into the contracts market.
* Working closely with housing and high-rise developers within the private market.
* Building strong business relationships.
* Travelling to head office every 3-6 months for sales meetings.
* Working closely with the design team to understand customer brief.
* Full involvement with key members of the contracts department including; managers, customer care and the design team.
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven track record within field sales - selling kitchens into private developers.
* Experience of dealing with Regional House Builders, Major Projects, House Building Contractors, High-Rise Developers or Housing Association.
* Sales Account Management experience.
* Ability to build and strengthen customer relationships.
* Strong network and relationships within the contract market.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
* Results-oriented mindset with a drive for success.
* Ability to demonstrate a tenacious and resilient mindset.
* Be able to manage time and priorities effectively.
* Must hold a valid and clean driving licence.
* Flexible with business travel requirements.
