As a Senior Pension Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

Being the lead expert assisting with the day-to-day management, administration, and maintenance of client’s pension plans in line with agreed SLAs and regulatory governance requirements.nResolving any complex issues that are escalated through the appropriate channels.nChecking and auditing casework and providing constructive feedback.nActing as a role model by providing advice and insight to your colleagues and leaders to ensure they provide an outstanding service to customers and clients and help shape how the team operates, helping with any training to improve capability through coaching.nHelping to embed a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging new ideas to be shared, identifying areas requiring change and helping to plan for these changes.nIdentifying Risk mitigation and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.nActively investigating, leading, and participating in business projects, quality assurance, system testing, and internal process reviews as needed.nWorking effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for a Senior Administrator who has the following skills and experiences:

You will need a minimum of 12 months experience in Senior Pensions Administration rolenStrong Pensions Knowledge (Defined Benefit) and awareness of scheme rules, regulations and current pension legislationnComfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and able to adapt to different IT systemsnHave strong analytical skills and enjoy working with numerical datanConfident supporting customers and colleagues and providing them with a great experience.nHave excellent attention to detail, with an organised and methodical approach to work.nStrong verbal and communication skills, able to explain things clearly to peoplenInnovative and pro-active – always looking for improvements and thinking of different solutions to exceed customer expectationsnEnjoy solving problems, getting to the root cause, and fixing them.nWork well on your own and as part of a professional and friendly team.nHave the right to work in the UK and are a UK resident.

You will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, between 08:30-17:00 with no weekends or Bank Holidays.
