HSQE Advisor

Mane are looking for a HSEQ Manager to join their client, a leading building services company.
The HSEQ Manager reports to the Senior Health and Safety Manager and is responsible for the following duties:
Key Responsibilities:
Document Production and Support:
Write and assist Contract Managers in creating CDM documents, work package plans, task briefings, method statements, risk assessments, and COSHH assessments.
Liaison and Advisory:
Communicate with site and office staff, providing general assistance and advice.
IMS Administration:
Administer and maintain the IMS, including document control and internal audits.
Liaise with external bodies like BSI and RISQS for facilitating external audits.
Health & Safety and Environmental Controls:
Implement Health & Safety and Environmental controls within the company.
Ensure compliance with RISQS Protocols.
Membership and Accreditation Management:
Maintain all company trade memberships and accreditations, such as Constructionline, CHAS, Gas Safe Register, BESA, and REFCOM.
Communication and Training:
Create briefing materials and communicate relevant legislative, industry, and company requirements to the business.
Accident/Incident Management:
Receive accident/incident reports, inform appropriate parties, maintain records, liaise with insurers, and conduct accident investigations as required.
Site Audits and Inspections:
Conduct site audits and inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
Competence Requirements:
Formal health and safety qualification (minimum NEBOSH General Certificate).
At least 5 years of experience in a related industry.
Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office packages.
PTS Qualified
