About the Company: Our client is a top 20 accountancy firm with a turnover exceeding £120m within the UK and over 35 offices. They provide accounting and advisory services to businesses from start ups to mid-sized listed companies, the not for profit sector and private clients.

About the Opportunity:

Our client is currently seeking an accounts manager/senior manager who will join their growing team.

About the Responsibilities:

Joining as a Manager/Senior Manager you will be reporting into the partner and responsible for:

• High level of experience in preparation and reviewing of financial statements
• Managing a portfolio of clients
• Ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely compliance services
• Advisory work
• Contribute to the team positively in relation to implementing process improvements

About the Applicant:

As the successful applicant, you will:

• Have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work well in a
collaborative team whilst utilising your own initiative
• Be confident, articulate and an effective communicator at all levels
• Be well-presented and professional
• Patient in training colleagues
• ACA/ACCA Fully Qualified with ideally 3+ years post qualification experience
• Up to date knowledge of corporate and personal taxes
• Strong time management skills
• Previous management experience
• Commercial and proactive approach to client development
