£33 - £39,000 per annum plus van, call out, overtime
We are currently seeking al Mobile electrically bias maintenance engineer, to cover the planned and reactive maintenance to a portfolio of sites including schools and office buildings. Our client is a large Building Services Company that have recently won new contracts in the Midlands area. 
This position is working days Monday to Friday 8-5 basis. The key responsibility of this position is to cover the planned and reactive maintenance to the M&E systems within commercial public buildings and outside adjoining areas. Candidates need to come from an electrical maintenance, or equivalent background and have at least 3 to 5 years of working in a building services environment with a good working knowledge of the following: Single & Three Phase power, lighting, fire alarm & emergency lighting systems, outside lighting, plumbing, Split A/C units etc.   
You will hold current qualifications to work as an Electrical/Mechanical engineer including;
Previously working / working as a mechanical and/or electrical maintenance service engineer within the commercial sector, undertaking routine plant repairs & maintenance.
NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering / Installation.
UK Driving License
18th Edition (Desirable)
You will be required to go through a DBS Check.
