Graduate Surveyor, General Practice

Joining the General Practice team of the business, our client has over 50 staff members and is looking to grow this significantly over the next few years. Our client therefore requires ambitious, graduates who want to develop quickly in their quest to become a chartered surveyor.
Based out of prime London offices, you will work closely with the Directors of the business. You will work on varying caseloads from valuation, to landlord and tenant work, rating, CPO and development appraisals giving you some excellent exposure to the fundamentals of property. This will put you in a brilliant position to pass your APC where my client holds a incredibly strong pass rate.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* RICS Accredited Degree
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Desire to work towards MRICS status
