ITHR Group are a leading IT staffing firm dedicated to connecting top talent with innovative companies across various industries.

As an IT Recruitment Consultant with a strong focus on business development, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.

Remit:

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the IT sector.nBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.nDeveloping and implementing effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets.nConducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.nNegotiating contracts and closing deals with clients.nCollaborating with the recruitment team to ensure seamless candidate placement processes.

Requirements

Proven experience in IT recruitment with a focus on business development.nStrong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of exceeding targets.nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.nStrategic thinker with a proactive approach to business development.nKnowledge of the IT industry and emerging technologies.
