Job descriptionnWe are offering a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join a high performing investment banking team in central London. You would be supporting primarily HR and Compliance functions as well as the Executive Assistants. This is a busy role, assisting with various administrative responsibilities and ad hoc projects. Essential for the role:na good level of skills in Outlook/MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)nexcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as professional telephone mannernhighly organised with excellent time management skills to be able to effectively manage a busy workload, conflicting priorities and deadlinesna mature approach with ability to work unsupervised taking ownership of tasks proactively and autonomouslyna flexible, positive, can-do attitude, have the willingness to go beyond the scope of the usual job descriptionnthe importance of discretion and confidentiality
