Role
The purpose of the role is to ensure that cash collections are maximised to ensure that the business maintains a strong cash position and ensuring that all invoicing is done throughout the business in a timely manner.

Your responsibilities
The purpose of the role is to ensure that cash collections are maximised to ensure that the business maintains strong cash position and liquidity.
The role requires that invoicing is done throughout the business in a timely manner and that these are collected in line with the customer’s contract.
Completing relevant paperwork and setting up new customers within the finance systems
Dealing with customer invoice queries and liaising with colleagues to resolve these
Raising credit notes.
Posting and allocating all payments to the finance system
Chase outstanding debts by telephone, email, and letter in line with the client credit control schedule.
Supporting the AR Supervisor & CFO with any other ad-hoc requests
Monitoring of the AR e-mail inbox
Your Competencies
Must be a strong relationship builder who is confident to speak to customers on the phone and manage any challenges in a calm and professional manner
Good IT skills with particular focus on Excel and Accounting Software
Time management skills important.
Team player willing to go the extra mile
Ability to work without supervision once training has been provided.
Knowledge of security or similar industry preferred but not essential
Must be able to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and develop themselves
