About the Role: Pastoral Manager
As a Pastoral Manager, you will be at the forefront of promoting the well-being and welfare of students within our school community. Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one support, implementing pastoral support plans, and liaising with students, parents, and external agencies to address any concerns. You'll have the opportunity to lead initiatives aimed at promoting positive behaviour, mental health awareness, and student engagement.
