Project Services Manager required for a major offshore wind developer based in Scotland.nKey ResponsibilitiesnLeading the Planning team and P6 Programmes ensuring clear, timely and accurate information is provided to Project Management, Project Boards and Lenders to support objective, evidence-based decision making.nDriving effective Programme Baseline Management (Schedule, risk and cost), ensuring the Baseline is captured, maintained and managed throughout the Project Lifecycle.nUndertake analysis of Delay Events notified within Contractors Claims to determine the validity of these claims.nProactively lead the Risk and Opportunity Management process, ensuring all Risks are identified and are managed by the allocated Risk owners.nConduct Quantitative Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis (QCSRA).nManage and lead the project document control process including the support of effective technical and commercial processes.nManaging the Document Control team and all aspects of Document Control on the Project.nProducing and consolidating Executive Management Reporting, metrics and KPIs for Project Management and key stakeholders, including the project JV Board, shareholders, lenders and lenders' advisors (e.g. JV Board Packs, Project Dashboards, Management Reporting).nSupport the Commercial Director, the Leadership Team and their respective teams in project processes and procedures at all stages of the project.nSupport Safety across the project and its priority in all planning/assessment activities.nRequirementsnA minimum of 7-10 years relevant post qualification experience.nA flexible self-starter with ability to work from own initiative, taking ownership of work and motivating team members to deliver team objectives.nExtensive experience leading PMO / Project Controls on Large Capital Projects and managing multi-disciplinary teams.nSignificant experience and subject matter expertise in PMO / Project Controls (e.g., Primavera P6, Project Planning, Risk Management, Governance, Change Control, etc)nOutstanding risk management knowledge.nStrong commercial focus with clear understanding of the business case for offshore wind projects.nExperience of using qualitative and quantitative modelling methodsnBe results orientated with the ability to work to tight deadlines.nCapability in producing clear and concise information that will assist senior management decision making.nProven ability in negotiating and influencing across all areas of the business, but more so at senior stakeholder level.nOutstanding people and stakeholder management skills.nThe ability to bring people on board, manage change and show them what good looks like will be essential to your success in this role.nMust have offshore wind experience.n3rd level qualification or equivelant work experiencenControls/governance training/qualification.nA recognised Project Management qualificatin/certification.
