We’re looking for a driven Senior EHS Specialist to lead the charge on environmental, health, and safety within our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) team. You’ll be the key player ensuring compliance and building a safety-first culture at our life sciences client’s site in the Wirral.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with diverse teams—including Hard Services, Soft Services, and the client’s EHS team—to implement impactful safety programs and maintain our stellar EHS record. You’ll help steer us and our client toward a zero-accident culture while making a real difference in a fast-growing life sciences environment.

What You’ll Need:
* Experience in Life Sciences/Pharma or regulated environments
* Knowledge of Quality Management Systems
* Expertise in Occupational Hygiene within Lab/GxP settings
* NEBOSH Level 3 or equivalent certification
* Environment qualification (foundation level or above)
* Experience in cGMP & cGDP
* Knowledge of Facilities Management (hard & soft services)
* Strong communication skills
* Auditing experience
* Experience managing hazardous & general waste
