We are seeking a skilled and experienced Port Crane Field Service Engineer to join a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in servicing and maintaining RTG's, STS, mobile harbour and RMG cranes, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Responsibilitiesn- Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on RTG's, STS, mobile harbour and RMG cranes to ensure safe and efficient operation.n- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical or hydraulic issues, implementing timely and effective solutions.n- Perform upgrades, modifications, and installations as required to enhance crane performance and functionality.n- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate service activities and minimize downtime.n- Provide technical support and training to customers and onsite personnel to optimize crane operation and maintenance practices.n- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment records.

Qualificationsn- Minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Hydraulic Engineering discipline.n- Proven experience working with port cranes.n- Strong knowledge of crane systems, including mechanical, electrical or hydraulic components.n- Industry certifications or tickets related to crane maintenance and operation (e.g., CPCS, NPORS, IPAF).n- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.n- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with clients and team members.n- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
