Role Expectations:

  • You will act as a pivotal intermediary, ensuring effective BIM capabilities through adept training, process management, and technology implementation.
  • Coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows, project setup, and overseeing large complex or multiple projects to ensure seamless operation and delivery.
  • Your expertise will be crucial in reviewing BIM contractual obligations, advising the team, and providing strategic recommendations to project leaders for managing BIM deliverables.
  • Mentorship will be a key part of your role, where you will provide one-to-one guidance on best practices to project teams, helping them upskill and align with industry standards.

What You Will Need:

  • A deep understanding of BIM methodologies backed by extensive experience in leading BIM initiatives on large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, and Rhino, with a strong capability in implementing BIM standards and workflows that meet both company and client objectives.
  • Experience in governmental BIM requirements and familiarity with ISO 19650 standards will be advantageous.
  • Your leadership skills will be essential, as you will be leading project BIM setups, managing complex design and delivery challenges, and coordinating with clients and consultants.
