As a CNC Service Engineer specialising in electrical systems, you will be instrumental in ensuring the optimal functioning of our diverse range of Machine Tool products. Your role involves servicing, diagnosing faults, and providing exemplary customer service, contributing to high satisfaction levels and business success.
Who Would Suit This Job: This position is ideal for individuals with a background in electrical engineering and extensive experience in servicing machine tools. Candidates should possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service. Flexibility in work hours and readiness to travel are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine servicing and maintenance on Machine Tool products, focusing on electrical systems.
Diagnose faults, rectify issues, and replace parts as necessary to ensure optimal machine performance.
Collaborate with technical support, service management, and customer services to address customer concerns effectively.
Conduct planned maintenance activities to prevent breakdowns and ensure machine longevity.
Identify sales opportunities and communicate them to the sales department.
Benefits:
The role offers several benefits including; Death in Service x4, Sick Pay (after 12 months of service), Company Van, Overnight Stay allowance + Overnight stay compensation.
Salary: £40,000 per annum
