As a well-respected construction consultancy, this company offers the opportunity to work on some very exciting, bespoke projects, tailored to each client. You can expect to collaborate with some high-profile names across a range of sectors, providing work-winning surveys and reports.
Duties
-          Overseeing a team of pre-construction professionals, including Quantity Surveyors, Assistants, Estimators and Apprentices
-          Working to develop schedules of works
-          Diagnosing defects and producing reports
-          Producing detailed remediation plans based on conducted surveys
-          Carrying out pre-acquisition surveys as part of the pre-construction team
About You
-            Hold a degree in a field related to the role, such as Building Surveyor
-            Either a current Chartered Member, or a commitment to achieve Chartered Member status of the RICS
-            Proven experience in Quantity Surveying and Project Management for either a construction company, consultancy or private practice, with proficiency in related software such as CostX Measurement
-            Full UK Driving License, Own Transport, and the ability to travel to different areas of the UK for site visits
