This is a superb opportunity to work as a Grounds Keeper/Gardener for Brighton & Hove Council. The role will require you to drive.
This role is Monday to Friday and is currently contracted until October although this may change.
You:
Customer focused approach
Previous gardening and maintenance experience
Previous experience in a public facing role is desired.
UK driving licenceThe Role will involve:
Reporting any damage caused by bad weather or by public vandalism to the appropriate person to ensure that it is rectified as soon as practicable.
Pruning, planting, bedding.
Assisting in site preparation for building. Soft and hard landscaping.
Responding to incidents and liaising with emergency services if necessary.
Litter picking.
General grounds maintenance.
