Role Overview:nAs an Account Manager at WP, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our client partnerships. You will oversee the execution of strategies and projects, serving as the primary point of contact for clients post-onboarding. This role combines elements of account management and project management, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to distribute workload effectively among cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:nClient Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.nStrategy Execution: Execute tailored strategies for each client, leveraging your understanding of their goals and market dynamics.nProject Coordination: Coordinate various projects across teams to ensure timely and successful execution, managing resources and priorities effectively.nAccount Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, collaborating with internal teams to capitalise on market trends and client objectives.nReporting and Analysis: Provide transparent and insightful reporting to clients, highlighting performance metrics and actionable insights.nProcess Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction, contributing to the evolution of our processes and practices.

Requirements:nExperience: Minimum 1 year of experience in account management or project management roles.nCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.nOrganisational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.nE-Commerce Knowledge: Genuine interest in e-commerce and Amazon, with a solid understanding of digital marketing principles.nAdaptability: Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly, adapting to evolving client needs and industry trends.nPreferred Skills: Previous experience in digital marketing, advertising, or PPC is beneficial. Familiarity with project management tools and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are advantageous.
