We're seeking a Director of Regulatory Affairs to join our senior leadership team, reporting to and supporting the Executive team in shaping the future of this high profile business.


As the Director of Regulatory Affairs , you'll be responsible for entirely reshaping our relationship with regulatory bodies during a period of change, while leading a large team of senior subject matter experts in facilitating efficient risk management and seizing opportunities within our operations and uphold the core principles of our business.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategy for engagement with regulatory authorities to maximise the opportunity for the business at a time of significant transformation.
  • Engage with regulatory authorities to facilitate strategic alignment and compliance with governance standards.
  • Provide insightful reporting to the executive team and regulatory bodies, offering assurance on business performance and risk mitigation.
  • Utilize your extensive experience in regulatory affairs to foster positive relationships and influence regulatory outcomes.
  • Lead and level-up an experienced regulatory team responsible for various aspects including licensing, policy, and assurance.


Qualifications:

  • A strategic mindset, able to not only implement, but develop strategies to shape engagement with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in regulatory affairs at a senior level, with a track record of building effective relationships with regulators.
  • Familiarity with outcome-based regulatory environments and their implications for business operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Resilient and adaptable, capable of navigating complex challenges with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective collaboration and problem-solving.
