Are you an experienced web developer ready for your next challenge? A full-time position for a Senior Web Developer has opened up in a dedicated team at an estate agents in Leeds.

The RolenIn this role, you will play a key part in developing and managing a variety of web projects. Leading a team of two developers, you will ensure projects are executed successfully from conception to deployment. Your expertise in Laravel, React (NextJS), and PHP will be essential.

ResponsibilitiesnLead and manage the web development team, providing guidance and support.nPlan, organise, and prioritise development tasks and projects.nDevelop and maintain multiple web applications using Laravel and React (NextJS).nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features.nConduct code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality.nImplement basic DevOps tasks, including deployment and server management with AWS and Laravel Forge.nEnsure effective database management and optimisation with Postgres and MariaDB.

RequirementsnProven experience with Laravel and React (NextJS).nStrong understanding of web development principles and best practices.nExperience with AWS and Laravel Forge.nProficiency with Postgres and/or MariaDB databases.nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.nStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable SkillsnExperience with other JavaScript frameworks and libraries.nFamiliarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.nUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation.
