Are you passionate about early literacy and skilled in teaching phonics to young learners? We are seeking a dedicated Phonics Intervention Teaching Assistant to join a primary school based in Coleshill, leading small group interventions across Reception to Year 2 classes.
Key Responsibilities:
Phonics Intervention: Lead and deliver targeted phonics interventions to small groups of pupils from EYFS (Reception) to KS1 (Years 1 and 2).
Support & Progress: Monitor and support pupils' progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
