Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer.
Location: Watford, North London.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £35k + Training + Benefits
Our client is a well respected and leading name within the Water Hygiene / Legionella management industry. Due to continued success, they are now seeking to take on a Water Hygiene Engineer to cover Commercial and Industrial sites across the South East. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer and will be able to confidently carry out L8 compliance services in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines. For the successful candidate, our client can offer further training, attractive overtime / travel time rates and company pension.
Candidates will have good access to the South East / Home Counties region: Cheshunt, St Albans, Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury, Luton, Stevenage, Bedford, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, High Wycombe, Huntingdon, Brackley, Cambridge, Harlow, Slough, Reading, Oxford, Swindon, Basingstoke.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Experience working as an engineer for a reputable Water Hygiene / Legionella company.
" Confident working on Commercial and Industrial sites.
" Able to update onsite logbooks.
" Able to work well as a team and independently.
" Excellent knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Able to organise work schedule inline with company / client needs.
The Role:
" Water sampling.
" Temperature monitoring.
" Servicing of TMVs and failsafe testing.
" CWST cleans and disinfections.
" Calorifier inspections.
" Closed system sampling, analysis and chemical dosing.
" Flushing of little used outlets.
" Updating onsite logbooks upon completion of work.
" Carrying out work in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
