We are looking for an experienced fund analyst to join the fund management team. The right individual is expected to have prior experience working in the investment/finance field and have a good working knowledge of the UK open ended fund market, Morningstar Direct, and Microsoft Excel.

This is a fast-paced role which requires attention to detail, ability to track multiple projects at once, plan workload and absorb information quickly. The successful candidate will focus on researching collective investment schemes and prior knowledge of the UK collective investment schemes market is essential as well as prior experience working with the Morningstar Direct terminal.

The role implies the following responsibilities; day to day monitoring of cash flows and funds’ performance, preparing research packs on collective investment schemes, analysis of macroeconomic trends, managing model portfolios, managing client relationships, presenting at the investment committee meetings, and assisting management of the team.

The ideal candidate would have an investment or economics background. Professional qualifications and/or relevant experience will be considered during the hiring process.

Required Skills:nGood working knowledge of Microsoft ExcelnGood working knowledge of Morningstar DirectnKnowledge of the open ended funds available to UK investorsnUnderstanding of investment productsnGood communication skillsnEfficient time managementnAbility and willingness to work as a part of the teamnAttention to detailnSelf-motivation
