The task at hand: A Partner Support Team Leader will cover leading a team of Partner Support Advisor’s providing an excellent service to Onecom Partners’ Partners. Supporting with the provision and repair of the supplied Products and Services within the portfolio.
You'll be great in this role if: 
- You have experience working within a customer service environment
- You have experience of working with Telecoms, Data, Technology
- You have strong people management skills
- You have the abity to mentor and train new team members
- You are well organised and methodical
- You have strong problem solving skills and have an analytical approach to issues
What you’ll be busy doing: 
- Responding to requests for support from Partners 
- Managing service delivery, repair, requests for information and queries
- Working with suppliers, service teams and supplier service and account managers
- Assisting in recruitment and training of Partner Support Advisors
- Performing line management duties including developing and motivating the Partner Support Advisors
- Working to assist Partner Operations Manager with team strategies and objectives
- Feeding back on performance, business improvement and management information
- Advising on the implementation of new processes and procedures within the team
- Identifying and implementing solutions to progress the department
- Point of escalation for customer contact
- Assisting with internal projects
- Completing performance appraisals and monthly 1-2-1’s with any direct reports
