An exclusive opportunity awaits you We are actively seeking a dedicated Long-Term SEMH+ Teaching Assistant to join our team in Tower Hamlets, with a start date from next Monday. Immediate commencement follows successful paid trials, subject to clearance.
School Details:
Location: Tower Hamlets -based Primary School
Nature: Mainstream Primary school catering to children with SEMH, ASD, Down's Syndrome, and various SEND.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
1:1 support : Support in mornings with child with high behavioural needs in Year 2 
Enthusiastic Engagement: Bring passion and enthusiasm to create an inclusive and positive learning environment.
Specialist Support: Provide support to child who can be of a aggressive nature .
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience supporting children with behavioural needs /SEND needs is essential.
Passion: A genuine passion for supporting the unique needs of children with SEND.
Engagement: Enthusiastic and able to engage effectively with children.
Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
