An exciting opportunity for a Legal Cashier to join a niche Personal Injury firm in Plymouth, with a country wide client base. This firm prides itself on excellent customer service, specialist professional advice, and a supportive working culture.
The Role
You will be given the opportunity to join a small team in the accounts department, which plays an integral role supporting the financial heart of the firm.
There will be plenty of variety in this role to include;
Client and office account transactions
Bank reconciliations
Invoice postings
File closures
Petty cash
Cost chasing
Credit control duties
Instructions to cost draftsman
Liaising with medical agencies, cost draftsman and defendant solicitors and insurers.
This is a permanent role and would be office based. There is flexible scope in terms of full-time or part-time hours being considered for the right candidate.
We are looking for someone who can work individually, as well as part of a team, has good organisational and communication skills. Previous experience of working as a legal cashier is desirable, but not essential and applications with relevant experience from other roles such as an Accounts Assistant or credit control would be welcomed.
