Salary: £25k - £28k (DOE)+ Excellent Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time, Monday - Friday

The Role:
As a Caseworker, you will provide casework assistance and advice to clients, managing caseloads efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Liaise with relevant parties and agencies as necessary.
Ensure all casework complies with organisational standards and legal requirements.
Collaborate with local advice providers to influence policy and legislation.
Engage in outreach work, including talks and community visits.
Contribute to public legal education initiatives.
Engage with local community groups and share knowledge.
Prepare reports and contribute to internal meetings.
Attend training courses to develop professional expertise.
Support team wellbeing and maintain a positive work environment.
Travel to other locations as required.
Carry out administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Essential:
Previously worked as a Caseworker in a similar role.
Experience in complex casework and legal support.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Skilled in IT.
Desirable:
Experience in civil litigation and family law.
Familiarity with legal aid procedures.
Background working with IT systems including CCMS, SharePoint and paperless working.
Able to write and speak Welsh.
Reside in the nearby areas of the job location.
