What will you do as an Export Sales Support Admin?
* Liaise with the 3PL partners, ensuring orders are sent OTIF
* Work closely with the warehouse to ensure any problems are addressed prior to shipping
* Manage the process from initial order to dispatch and aftersales support
* Prepare export documentation such as cert of origin, EUR1 and BSE free cert
* Process export ecommerce orders accurately onto the system
* Deal with stock issues, back orders and work closely with supply chain
* Raise export orders requests
* Customer invoicing, CRM management and credit refunds
* Build strong relationships with retail partners
What do you need as an Export Sales Support Admin?
* Processed both DTC and B2B orders liaising with 3PL partners
* Experience preparing export and customs documents
* Analytical and advanced excel user
* Managed relationships with UK grocer accounts would be desirable
* Ability to build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Previously used ERP systems
