As a growing business, we pride ourselves on developing high-end, top-quality labels for our well-known clients in the Cosmetics & Toiletries, Health & Nutrition, Drinks, and Pharma industries. We use our in-depth knowledge of traditional & digital print technologies, and combine this with innovative embellishments, as well as incorporating sustainability as a priority focus in our entire process. Based in Royston, near Cambridge, and with a team of 70 employees, we always aim to provide a quality service, and provide the skills, craftmanship & care required in every part of our manufacturing process to make beautiful, impactful labels.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIESnThis is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Account Management team, currently consisting of 2 Customer Service Account Managers and 2 Sales Administrators who report into the Head of Account Management.
As an Customer Services Representative in our Account Management Team, you will:nEngage with clients and be their first line of communication, receiving their briefs and liaising with the Estimating and Technical departments to develop their orders to a high level of accuracy.nHave responsibility for producing additional documentation, such as pricing matrixes, to support the clients and their orders.nHave the initiative to oversee the entire order process, and duly update clients throughout their order cycle.nSupport clients through their order processes with your expert knowledge and advise customers to resolve any issues a determination to problem-solve is keynBuild strong relationships with new and existing clients, having an attentive understanding of their requirements, key contacts and what support they will need from you.nConfidently cross-reference prices for orders against price matrixes to ensure consistency.nBuild and develop your own knowledge of the print and packaging industry, and the products and services that Autajon Labels Royston offer to their clients.nBecome more skilled and influence our Continuous Improvement Culture and bring forward ideas for improved efficiencies and innovation.nLead by example and ensure excellent Health and Safety standards are adhered to at all times.
JOB REQUIREMENTSnWhat we're looking for:
The initiative to react quickly when a situation arises.nKnowledge of printing and packaging would be advantageous, but experience in a Customer Service or Account Management position is essentialnCapability to manage multiple projects and successfully prioritise your workload.nEnsure paperwork is completed accurately and display the confidence to comfortably and accurately discuss any mistakes on customer orders.nAbility to communicate and guide customers through the entire printing process.nSomeone with a passion for delivering the highest level of customer service.nA positive attitude to learning and development.nAn enthusiasm to work as part of a team, but also be able to use your initiative to work independently.nSomeone who can maintain a high level of consistency and reliability, which ensures efficiency and productivity.nAn appreciation and understanding that detail and quality is EVERYTHING when it comes to labels.nSomeone who takes pride in their presentation, and can demonstrate tidiness and organisational skills.nAn eagerness to solve problems and look at challenges with a positive outlook.nConfidence to communicate effectively to all employees of all levels in the business.nA desire to work creatively within the printing and packaging industry.nExperience with working within the remit of ISO9001, PS9000, or BRC would be advantageous.
