HR Service Coordinator

We provide integrated and ground-breaking solutions for the civil engineering and construction sectors, with specialisms in rail, highways, airports, marine, defence, energy, water, and environmental infrastructure.
We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our team, working as a HR Service Coordinator. You'll be instrumental in delivering a customer focused effective and efficient HR transactional and administrative service.
You will be providing 1st line HR Advice, respond, manage and resolve customer enquiries and requests for service support in line with the relevant policies and service level agreement.
About you
* GCSE English Language Grade C or above or equivalent level qualification, or demonstrable previous experience in preparing written correspondence and communicating with internal and external customers in writing
* Experience of providing excellent customer service to include dealing directly with customers over the phone and also face to face
* Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications
* Experience in using computerised databases
* Experience in dealing with confidential matter
* Strong organisational skills
* Good team worker
